Returns and refunds

Contact graysondean84@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason.

Please wait for return instructions and a return label before sending anything back. Our supplier fulfills orders and processes authorized returns through Shopify Collective. Do not send returns to an address printed on a package without confirmation.

For approved returns under our current supplier policy, there is no return-label fee or restocking fee. Please keep the item and its original packaging while your request is reviewed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us promptly with photos so we can help.

Refunds are processed after the supplier receives and approves the return and refunds the store. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually. An order that has already entered fulfillment may not be cancellable.
